What do you get during your first session?(only $28)
1) Body composition assessment: we use an advanced machine that will tell you how much body fat you currently have. The result will allow us to tell you how much weight you should lose and how long it will take you to safely lose those pounds.( this is usually offered at fitness facilities for $50. You get it free)
2) Posture assessment: we will assess the conditions of every single major muscle in your body to make sure that you will not be suffering later on in life from lower back pain, neck pain, and other injuries due to muscle tightness.
3) Nutrition consultation: we will go through your eating habits and advise you on small changes in your meal plan that will boost your weight loss. We will tell you what you are doing wrong so that you can have a healthy eating habit.
4) And of course the best part: a one-on-one session with your own personal trainer. He/she will take you through the best work out of your life.
5) Tons of fun, a boost of self-esteem and the beginning of an exciting new experience.
What happens after the first session?
After the trainer recommends you what package to get, you discuss the payment option that would be the most appropriate for your financial situation. You can either pay in full or set up recurrent payment (we accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash).
Once the payment part is taken care of, you pick 2 to 3 days out of the week and some specific times to train with your new trainer.
We use the information that we have collected from your assessment to put together a fitness and nutrition guide that will boost your weight management goal.
Measurements will be taken every 2 weeks to monitor your progress.
And that’s it!!
What is the little extra that makes us the best?
After the first contact, the trainer that we sent you is not just the guy or the girl that will be working you out. He/she i now a friend, a work out buddy and your fitness coach.
You will decide on a day when you will be accompanied by your trainer to go do some grocery shopping. We have to make sure that we help you take care of your nutrition.
You will also have the trainer’s cell phone number, so you can have his/her expertise at reach at all times.

So how much is it going to cost?
We offer several personal training packages to fit your needs and budget.
We have packages ranging from a 2-weeks program to a 48-weeks program.
It is only after our first meeting that we can make you a professional recommendation on what package to get.
Why?
Because during that first meeting we will assess your body composition (how much body fat you have compared to your overall weight) using an advanced technology called bioelectrical impedance.
From the numbers that we will get from the test, we can then tell you how long it will take you to bring your body composition to your desired level. That of course will determine what package you should buy.
Another reason why we do not post the prices on the website is that we go the extra step to provide you with a custom-made-to-fit your budget payment plan.
After you decide what package you want to go for, we sit down an offer you a payment plan based on your current financial situation.( don’t worry we do not check your credit)

Personal training mythes
myth 1*) it s all about lifting weights and running.
you are totally wrong! it is a combination of super fun and interactive work out routines inspired from daily life's activities( basket ball, tennis, karate, kickboxing, swimming, yoga etc..).you could train for weeks without repeating the same even once.
Myth 2*) personal training is expensive. i cannot afford it.
absolutly wrong! personal training is very affordable. the average monthly payment for personal training from us is about $160.
let's find these $160 in your budget.
-let's say you eat out ( dunkin donuts, wendy's, taco bell etc...) everyday. let' s assume you spend on average 8 dollars a day ( this is an underestimate).
